Ceramic Dreams began as a make shift studio in the spare bedroom of the owner, Tanya Roberts. After discovering the benefits of creating unique pieces, and the fun in giving those unique creations to family and friends, Tanya's dream became to share that experience with others. After five years of saving and preparing to open a studio, the perfect location was found. Ceramic Dreams opened in 2005 at the "54th & the Monon Shops" in South Broad Ripple. Guests of all ages enjoy visiting Ceramic Dreams, a relaxed and fun environment, with a cozy couch, warm colors, plants and décor to make you feel at home.

Even with a challenging economy, Tanya was determined to grow Ceramic Dreams into a studio offering art classes for all levels of talent, including pottery, glass fusing and mosaics. An accumulation of local art motivated the addition of “The Gift Gallery”, which Tanya opened next to the studio. The Gift Gallery sells hand-made, local art and gifts to support local artists, and give guests one-of-a-kind items.

Ceramic Dreams is open everyday: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Fridays 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Sundays 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and later in the evenings for reservations. Extended hours are offered throughout the year.

Ceramic Dreams also offers personalized, unique, hand-painted ceramic plates and platters. The online Gift Gallery allows guests from all over the country to order these gifts and have them shipped to their door at www.ceramicdreamsgifts.net.
